The ARSEA Past Presidents Council was established in 1994, under the leadership of President Henry Mills, to act as an advisory group to the ARSEA Board of Directors. It includes all living and active past presidents that are current members of ARSEA.
In acknowledgement of past service to ARSEA and to provide an opportunity to fully utilize the experience of our past leaders, the Past Presidents Council will offer guidance and support to the ARSEA Board of Directors in meeting the needs of our association today and into the future. The council meets at least once each year to receive information on activities and programs of the association and to offer their collective advice and counsel.
