We are the only statewide organization serving the causes and concerns of county, city, and public board employees under the Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA).We also serve state government employees looking for an affordable, centrist,non – partisan alternative to membership in other state employee groups. APEAL has an exclusive relationship with the Alabama Retired State Employees’ Association (ARSEA).
